The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on this 15th of September, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, with members present of homeowners in participation.
After call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and approved with a few amendments.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is presently examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to enhance the standard of life for all residents while tackling current concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to exterior aesthetics, sound restrictions, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their feedback by September 1st.
- An open forum will be arranged on September 8th to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public spaces, and promoting a sense of pride.
We're currently working on various projects, including the renewal of our lakefront area. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our sherwood lakes homeowners association community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, watch over one another's properties, and foster a stronger sense of community. Meetings will be held periodically to share information.
